E-Surv

E-Surv (Ed Carmichael) originally from Atlanta Ga, at the age of 12 developed a passion for hip hop being inspired by artists such as Outkast, Pastor Troy, T.I., Bone Thugs N Harmony, 2Pac, and Nas. He began taking his music career serious at the of age 19 by forming a hip hop duo group named Top Notch with his best friend Marcuis Parks (Playa.P) After being sought out by major record labels in 2005 the duo decided to sign their 1stindependent label deal. They would go on to have underground and some main stream success charting the billboards with their hit single “There They Go”. The duo also traveled nationally opening

up for artists such as Lil John & The Eastside Boys, T.I., Chingy, Slim Thug, Ying Yang Twins, Marques Houston, and Lil Scrappy. After achieving minor success E-Surv began to feel some what of an empty feeling and had a desire to have a more positive impact on lives with his gift of rapping. He eventually answered the call from God on his life and began to turn his music into a ministry. As a Christian Hip Hop artist E-Surv has generated over 150,000 streams and is looking forward to releasing more Gospel content music with a mission to win more souls for the kingdom of God.
