Nate"Locksmiff"Stallworth is an accomplished producer hailing from Long Island ,New York.
At the age of 12 he began playing the piano by ear. His music inspirations range from Stevie Wonder, Prince, and Jimmy Smith. By age 14 he started producing and writing songs. At age 15 he began playing at his church every Sunday. Thus feeding his passion for music.
His production influences are of a wide range from Rodney "Dark Child" Jerkins ,Corey Rooney to Prince ,Dr. Dre and more.
He was the lead producer and keyboard player of the group
named FOCUS a group that reeked havoc on the showcase circuit in the New York Metropolitan area in the early 2000’s .Performing memorable original songs that took audiences on an emotional roller-coaster.Having deals on the table from then Casablanca President Tommy Mattola as well as talks with Jive President Barry Weiss. This was the gateway to emerging opportunities for “Locksmiff” . His hard work and drive motivated him to produce tracks with hip hop legend Grandmaster Flash , Kerry “KRUCIAL” Brothers of Krucial Keys, Aaron”Freedom” Lyles , Dwayne Wiggins Of Tony Toni Tone'
& Corey Rooney(produced artist from Jennifer Lopez to Destiny's Child) .
Locksmiff Produced records for such artist as Teedra Moses , NBC’s “The Voice” Ali Caldwell, Jermaine Paul, Kymani Marley , Young Buck., Ace Brav,Terrell “T Rex” Simon , K.B. The Messenger, Syndee. Add VH1 and MTV to his credits as well. He has also performed live on stage with Blu Cantrell, Little G of SILK, and has toured with recording artist Lyfe Jennings.
Currently Locksmiff is spearheading with his partners a production company “The Kollective Music Group “ . A collective of producers song writers musicians with one common goal . “make great music” .
